With over two decades of personal experience as a runner, experience in winning races from 400 meters to over 100 miles, Cherie is an RRCA accredited coach who uses her intuition, experience, and research in coaching runners at all levels and all distances. Working one-on-one on very flexible training plans designed for today’s busy athletes, athletes can expect to have individual plans reflecting their strengths, struggles, and ideas of fun.
Coaching includes day-to-day fitness schedules, monitoring of your workouts (with adjustments added as needed), check-in emails and chats, and email contact whenever needed. Trying to finish that first ultra? That first 5k? Or win a marathon? Runners of all levels and distances are welcome.
